Delivery Information
You can have your items delivered through a number of methods with School Uniform Direct for whatever suits your situation.
PLEASE NOTE: WAITING TIMES ARE OUTSIDE OF PEAK SEASON.
FROM 1st AUGUST – 20th SEPTEMBER THERE ARE EXTENDED WAITING TIMES AND COSTS FOR ALL SERVICES
You can opt for:
- Standard Delivery (5-7 Working Days for dispatch)
- Priority Service (3-5 Working Days for dispatch)
- Next Day Service (1-3 Working Day for dispatch)
- International Delivery (Depends on Location for dispatch)
All options above can be delivered to your home, workplace, friend or family!
If you don’t want it delivered, you can also opt for Free of Charge - Click and Collect Services:
- Delivery to Store (4-7 Working Days)
- Delivery to School (Up to 14 Working Days)
IMPORTANT:
Our cut off time is 12pm, after 12pm your order is processed on the following working day.
All commitments are subject to stock availability and exclude special order items. We will notify you immediately if there is going to be an issue with a set delivery time!
In the event that an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of the delay and despatch it as soon as it arrives if you wish or give you the option to cancel your order.
Standard Delivery (UK Only):
Our standard delivery service is 5-7 working days from confirmation of order.
Priority Service (UK Only):
Our priority service means that your order gets pushed to the top of the line, serviced by our team and dispatched via a courier service.
As long as everything is in stock, we guarantee your delivery within 3 working days.
Next Day Service (UK Only):
We know there may be an occasion you need your items urgently and can’t wait – in these situations we would advise you to use our Next Day Delivery Option for peace of mind.
All items sent via Next Day Delivery service are sent via secure courier, and you will receive notifications via text or email, this will let you know the hour you will receive your package- so no waiting in all day for a delivery!
Place your order before 12pm and your items will be dispatched the same working day! (stock permitting)
PLEASE NOTE: If you place your order on a Friday and select Next Day Delivery, you will receive your order on Monday OR the next available working day in the case of Bank Holidays.
Saturday Delivery (UK Only):
If you are unable to accept delivery during the week, or you place an order Friday and need it before the following Monday, you can select Saturday Delivery service for guaranteed delivery on Saturday via secure courier.
In the event that an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of the delay and despatch it as soon as it arrives.
If the courier company attempts to deliver, we cannot be held liable for the failed delivery.
Delivery to Store – Time for delivery: 4-7 Working Days
If you are going to be near one of our five stores and would prefer to collect your items you can use our, free of charge, click and collect option. All you have to do is order in the normal way and at the checkout choose the option to collect from store! Remember all our stores are open on Saturdays and Sundays!
We will keep you updated at every stage - so you can expect from us:
- An email confirmation that we have received your order, and that it is being processed.
- Notification via email that your order is being dispatched to the store
- Finally…..We will let you know via email when your order is at the store and ready to collect!
Your time is precious, so please don’t attempt to collect your items before receiving an email from us letting you know that your items are ready for collection!
Delivery to School – Time for Delivery: Up to 14 days
School Uniform Direct is working in partnership with many schools to offer a collect from school service. Simply choose this option on the checkout and fill in the extra details (your child's name and class) and we will get it sent it to the school ready for you when you collect your little ones!
Its free of charge, and we will notify you as soon as it’s at school ready for collection. Please wait for this confirmation e-mail that it is ready to collect from school! If you haven’t received a dispatch notification – then the items will not be ready!
All schools receive a delivery twice a month during the school term.
If you place your order during a school holiday – it will get to them on the second day back from the holidays.
Please Note:
If you require the items urgently, it is not recommended that you opt for this service as it can take up to 14 working days to be received at the school.
Whichever delivery option you choose -we will keep you informed of the progress of your order by e-mail and on our website. To find out the latest status of your order online please visit My Account, click on 'My order history' and ensure you have not received any further correspondence from us on the progress of your order.
International Delivery
School Uniform Direct ship internationally, serving many schools and individuals around the world. We use a courier only service and can offer standard or express services to most locations. This can mean that the item can be with you as soon as 3-4 working days (subject to additional charges). Please make your selection at checkout and it will highlight the costs involved.
