If you don’t want it delivered, you can also opt for - Click and Collect Services:
Click & Collect - is FREE for any orders over £35.00 in value. If below there is a Charge of £2.00 added to the order.
Delivery To School - is FREE for any value order - however, is subject to 2 week delivery times and only available if schools have opted in to the service.

Delivery to Store – Time for delivery : 3-5 Working Days
If you are going to be near one of our four stores (click here) and would prefer to collect your items then using our click and collect option. All you have to do is order in the normal way and at the checkout opt for collect from store! And remember all our stores are open on Saturdays and Sundays normally (outside of the Pandemic)!
We will keep you updated at every stage - so you can expect from us:
- An email confirmation that we have received your order, and that it is being processed.
- Notification via email that your order is being dispatched to the store
- Finally…..We will let you know via email when your order is at the store and ready to collect!
Your time is precious, so please don’t attempt to collect your items before receiving an email from us letting you know that your items are ready for collection!
Delivery to School – Time for Delivery: Up to 14 days
School Uniform Direct is working in partnership with many schools to offer a collect from school service. Simply choose this option on the checkout and fill in the extra details (your childs name and class) and we will get it sent it to the school ready for you when you collect your little ones!
Its free of charge and we will notify you as soon as it’s at school ready for collection. Please wait for this confirmation e-mail that it is ready to collect from school! If you haven’t received a dispatch notification – then the items will not be ready!
All schools receive a delivery twice a month during the school term.
If you place your order during a school holiday – it will get to them on the second day back from the holidays.
Please Note:
If you require the items urgently, it is not recommended that you opt for this service as it can take up to 14 working days to be received at the school.
Whichever delivery option you choose -we will keep you informed of the progress of your order by e-mail and on our website. To find out the latest status of your order online please visit My Account , click on 'My order history' and ensure you have not received any further correspondence from us on the progress of your order.
